Raven E. Marshall

Raven E. Marshall is a journalist and multimedia storyteller.

Studying journalism at Cal Poly Humboldt, Raven is dedicated to uplifting BIPOC voices in all the media work she does. Having been raised both in Wiyot traditional territories  in Northern California as well as Lakota homelands in South Dakota, her cultural upbringing instilled strong values into all she does as well as growing up surrounded by a family and extended family of renowned authors, artists and activists.

Being grounded in a strong sense of place and purpose Raven hopes to use storytelling to give back to the Indigenous community and make space to bring up other Indigenous storytellers.
