Cynthia J. Frank
Cyndi Frank has been a development professional and fundraiser in the nonprofit sector for 30 years.
Cynthia understands the importance of supporting critical programs that fulfill the mission of the organization and help our communities. She has worked with many important causes over the years, including environmental, animal, hunger, rare disease, and justice organizations to help better the world and our people in it. She has served on several boards and committees, including the Wine Country Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Having a rare disease called Gaucher, Cyndi founded and also oversees the Gaucher Community Alliance, a patient advocacy organization by the patient community and for the patient community that supports patients with Gaucher disease and their families through peer-to-peer support and education, advocacy, patient and family resources, and networking. She has been a patient advocate in several rare disease communities and believes that like organizations should partner and work together so that they can have a stronger voice and be more effective. She has served on multiple boards and committees for many rare disease organizations over a 20-year span.
