Stefano Varese

Stefano is an anthropologist, author, and Indigenous rights activist. He is the founder of the Indigenous Research Center of the Americas (IRCA) and has authored numerous books, including, Witness to Sovereignty, and Salt of the Mountain. He has received numerous awards to his service to the Indigenous peoples of the Americas and advancing the concept and practice of human rights anthropology.
